Pregnancy Advisories At Walt Disney World

If you've ever been to an amusement park, you have probably seen an Expectant Mother Advisory on some rides and attractions. The reason behind this warning is the potential risk of placental abruption, the separation of all or part of the placenta from the uterus. While the exact risk for this occurring has not been formally documented, that is where the warnings stem from. With that being said, here's a quick list of the Walt Disney World attractions that have Expectant Mother Advisorys as well as some of the nearby rides and attractions that pregnant moms can take part in. Obviously, everyone should speak with their own medical professionals about what is right for them, specifically, as Disney will not actually restrict access to rides and attractions due to pregnancy, rather just provide the warnings.
