Even at The Most Magical Place on Earth, we can all find ourselves forgetting to smile from time to time. There's just so much that we want to do, it can be easy to become lost in the getting it all done or we might even feel a little frustrated about something or other. It may be hot, our feet might be tired - who knows? But, then, that Cast Member or Guest goes out of their way to do something or say something nice - or maybe just flash a happy grin and give you a nice big, "Hi!" and you start to feel better... not just better, but great. Your own smiles and words can have that amazing effect on others, as well. So, make sure to smile and say, "Good morning," when you get on the motor coach each day. Say, "Thank you," when you get off. And keep that happy, kind, recognizing-others-as-fellow-people-as-opposed-to-just-obstacles-to-walk-around-or-Cast-Members-to-get-you-from-Point A-to-Point-B attitude. You will be amazed at the giant grins that you'll see form on some of their faces and you, yourself, will become a part of their Disney Magic.
