Epcot Preparing For Fresh, New Entertainment From Around The World

"Off Kilter" Performing in Epcot's World Showcase
Epcot's World Showcase is known for its ability to immerse guests into the culture of countries from around the world. And, let's face it, one of the ways that we most like to be immersed is with food and entertainment. It's the entertainment portion of the World Showcase that is about to change in a big way. A good chunk of the live acts around Epcot will be retired in favor of newer ones. Disney has announced that, coming to Epcot are, "a traditional Berber music and dance troupe in Morocco, a corps of dynamic flag-waving performers in Italy, a thrilling lumberjack-inspired show in Canada, a Celtic folk music ensemble a the United Kingdom, and more." Also, other, already existing performances, will be getting some "enhancements," though the details of this magic have yet to be shared. The performers that we'll be saying, "Goodbye," to are Mo'Rockin', Off Kilter, Spirit of American Fife & Drum Corps and World Showcase Players.

Whether you are visiting Epcot before the end of September - just in time to see the old favorites before they say their Goodbyes - or later on - when you'll be able to enjoy the new acts that will transport you to countries all around our world - it is super helpful to pick up a Times Guide when you enter the park for the day. Times Guides are located both right outside and inside the park entrance, and Cast Members carry them, as well. The different acts, their locations, and the times that they are scheduled to entertain you will be noted on there.

Enjoy!
