If you're not going to be able to make it to your scheduled dining at the Walt Disney World Resort, make sure to cancel at least a day ahead of time. According to a new policy, in effect as of today, all Disney World Table Service restaurants now require a credit card on file in order to hold an advance dining reservation. Any cancellations made less than one day in advance of the meal are subject to a $10 per guest charge to that credit card. For reservations that require payment in full to book, such as Spirit of Aloha and Hoop-De-Doo Musical Review, the full cost of the dining experience will be charge to the card on file, should they be missed without cancellation prior to one day in advance of the meal.
So what exactly is meant by, "one day in advance?" The aforementioned penalties will be assessed upon reservations that are cancelled or for no-shows after 11:59pm, the day prior to the dining date.
